A hard Archer Queen counter with the main focus of attacking from behind.
Deck

Guide
This deck uses strong units in the front so you can deal high damage starting from the back. The main way you want to play is to use Shield Maiden and Battle Healer as a way to occupy the other team by keeping them alive as long as possible.
Then Miner, Prince, and Archer can take charge against the back of their deck. Because we'll be attacking mostly from behind, try upgrading Miner to 3 stars and Archer to at least 1 for maximum damage.
It's also important to place Prince somewhere near Miner so that Prince can help alleviate some of the damage towards Miner to keep him alive long enough for the speed increase. And even though it's from the front, Barb will be very good to upgrade especially to stack Rage infinitely. Since Shield Maiden should be taking most of the hits and Battle Healer will keep them alive, barbarian should be able to stack up quite a bit to help take out tanks in the front.
So when first starting a match, it's important to get that frontline set up quickly. If you're able, taking Battle Healer and Miner or Prince would be ideal.
If you want to switch the focus of this deck to have Shield Maiden, Battle Healer, and Barbarian to do most of the work. You can do this by upgrading them first which works just as well. Battle Healer's Aura ability is great since it heals a larger area. So, it'd be possible to reach the units attacking from the back.
Counters

This is a tricky one. Shield Maiden is a pretty good counter to this deck but it's not impossible. The most important thing to remember is to NOT upgrade Barb to stack Rage. When Shield Maiden blocks, it will basically be a death sentence for him. Instead, upgrade Battler Healer and Prince.

Use Barb to take on Miner by placing him behind Archer. Then place another unit beside Archer so he doesn't get too far up front before Miner gets to the back.

Giant Skeleton is dangerous cause it has the chance to take out your entire front line. To combat this, try spacing out the units in front a bit better or either make sure Battle Healer stays alive to heal them. You can also take advantage of the fact that Giant Skele is usually placed up front in the middle.
